Bring in your work to become a member of the Southern Virginia Artisan Center in Uptown Martinsville, Virginia.
Bring in 4-5 samples of your original artwork up to one week before the jury date. Your work will be judged by a panel of three artists in categories like originality, craftsmanship, and artistic value. Once your work is accepted, there is an annual membership fee of $25.00 and a 30% consignment fee.
Work is accepted in Stained and Fused Glass, Woodturning, Pottery, Painting, Photography, Weaving, Quilts, and Jewelry.
The Southern Virginia Artisan Center currently has 82 members. We have been open almost four years and are a part of Patrick Henry Community College in Martinsville.
