Best Selling Author Trigiani in Martinsville

New York Times Best Selling Author Adriana Trigiani is speaking at Patrick Henry Community College (PHCC) on Thursday, October 12. The event, which is free and open to the public, will be held in PHCC’s Stone Hall Gym at 10:30 a.m.

Trigiani is a Virginia native who USA Today calls “one of the reigning queens of women’s fiction.” She has authored over a dozen books including Kiss Carlo, All the Stars in the Heavens, and The Shoe Maker’s Wife. Her book Big Stone Gap became a movie in 2014. Trigiani’s books are published around the world and often make it to the New York Times Bestseller list.

Trigiani will hold a book signing at 10:00 a.m. before her talk. Her books will be available to purchase thanks to the Barnes and Nobel of Tanglewood in Roanoke. Trigiani’s presentation is the final installment of PHCC’s visiting author symposium which was the forerunner for PHCC’s humanities honors college.
