Carlisle School’s Zip Zap Zop Performs for Preschoolers at Piedmont Arts

Carlisle School’s Zip Zap Zop Theatre Co. performed for preschoolers at Piedmont Arts on Wednesday as part of the museum’s Preschool in the Galleries program.

Members of Zip Zap Zop engaged and entertained over 150 area preschoolers with an original play about the importance of keeping our oceans and salt marshes clean for generations to come. The group also read from local author Cindy Hollingsworth’s book Herman the Hermit Crab and acted out scenes for the preschoolers.

Piedmont Arts' Preschool in the Galleries is designed to foster a love of the performing and visual arts at a young age. All area preschool classes and home school students are invited to attend. Performances are always free of charge to students and schools.
