Kasey Kahne Joins Green Flag Experience at Martinsville

The biggest names in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series keep joining the Green Flag Experience presented by Mtn Dew® at Martinsville Speedway. The latest addition is driver of the No. 5 Chevrolet SS for Hendrick Motorsports and Mtn Dew representative, Kasey Kahne.

Kahne will take part in a moderated question-and-answer session prior to the Goody’s Fast Relief 500 on October 30.

“We want to provide our fans with access to the biggest names in NASCAR and Kasey Kahne is certainly on that list,” Martinsville Speedway President Clay Campbell said. “No matter where you go in this sport, you’re sure to see fans with Kasey Kahne gear on and now they have the opportunity to hear from him, right before he tackles 500 laps at Martinsville.”

Kahne is a 17-time winner in the sport’s top series and, according to Fanatics, ranks in the top-10 in merchandise sales.

Additional drivers participating in the Green Flag Experience will be announced in the coming weeks.

The Green Flag Experience also gives fans the chance to watch driver introductions from the track, along with a morning full of fun and excitement on the track and under the large tent in The Plaza, located on the hill behind the souvenir display area.

In addition to the emceed question-and-answer sessions, the Green Flag Experience offers fans the opportunity to walk the frontstretch on race morning, sign the start/finish line, a photo opportunity in mock Victory Lane, enjoy music, games and prizes along with doughnuts, Danishes, coffee and juice. The cost of the Green Flag Experience is $50.

The driver question-and-answer sessions, food, music, games and prizes, and show cars will be held in The Plaza from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. The track portion will open at 10:00 and will remain open until the conclusion of driver introductions.

Admission to the Green Flag Experience does not include a ticket for Goody’s Fast Relief 500.

Advance ticket prices for the Goody’s Fast Relief 500 begin at just $45.
