Martinsville Henry County Historical Society presents Maps that Shaped US History

The Martinsville-Henry County Historical Society will present Maps that Shaped US History this Sunday at the Martinsville-Henry County Heritage Center & Museum at 3:00 p.m.

Local mapmaker, Zach Fleming, will share around 8-10 historical maps such as John Smith's Jamestown Map, Lewis & Clark's Maps, John Mitchell’s British and French Dominions map to include unique features of the maps, and how they influenced colonization and development of this country.

This event is free and open to the public.
