What's Happening at SPC?

September Music Night 
Friday, September 9 at 6:15 p.m.

Join us for some great music and dancing at Spencer-Penn's monthly Music Night! The doors open at 5 pm and the driving old-time dance band, Gap Civil, will take the stage at 6:15! Music will be in Alumni Hall. Bring your flatfootin' shoes! Concessions will be available. Admission is a $5 cash donation at the door.

Canning-Soups and Such
Saturday, September 10th at 9 am (this class is currently full)
Saturday, September 24th at 9 am (a few spots still available)

For folks that already have a little experience with canning, this hands-on class will teach you to safely preserve soups and other foods for year-round enjoyment, using proper pressure canning and boiling water bath techniques. All supplies are provided. $15/members and $20/non-members. Call the Centre to register, as these canning classes fill up fast! No drop-ins please.

Barn Quilt Class
Sunday, September 25th at 1 p.m.

Options for the class:
24"x24" exterior $65
36"x36" exterior $85
12"x36" exterior $75
12x12 exterior kits (to go only) $40
