Speedway Second in Top-10 Poll

In just a few days, Martinsville Speedway has rocketed to number two in a fan vote to determine the 10 best NASCAR tracks in America.

Last Wednesday, the historic Virginia track was outside of the top five in the poll being conducted by USA Today and 10Best. By midday Monday, Martinsville had moved into second behind Watkins Glen International.

“I think this speaks volumes about our fans. They love the racing and the overall experience they have at Martinsville Speedway and this is their way of spreading the word,” said Martinsville Speedway President Clay Campbell. “It’s a humbling experience to hear from fans who are telling us they are voting for us day after day.”

Fans may vote once a day. The voting continues through June 22.
