SUMMARY:Sounds on the Square: Rosebud Band
DESCRIPTION:Savor the last of the season with Sounds on the Square’s final concert of the year – summer going out with a bang with Rosebud Band. The free concert will be from 7-10 p.m. Saturday\, September 19. Food and drinks will be available for purchase\, and admission to the MHC Heritage Museum will be half price. \nThe Floyd-based band draws inspiration from long-form improvisation. Rosebud stretches each tune into a living\, breathing experience. Members are Ryan Thaw on bass\, William Hairston on guitar\, Colin Cospel on guitar\, Blaine Kaiser on drums and Will Tillery on keyboards. \nTables and chairs will be set up for those who want to sit on the courtyard; or bring your own chairs or blankets to sit on the lawn. Socializing begins at 6 p.m.\, and the music begin at 7.

Most likely some will even go on to become “big names”. The difference between a band that draws a hundred people every night and 10\,000 people every night is a tiny speck of dust. Albeit magic dust\, but just a little dust nonetheless.
