This class serves as an intro to the shop and covers shop safety, tool sharpening, design, layout, milling, drying of rough lumber, and a plethora of techniques for shaping wood for your desired end product. During this class, you will sharpen a provided chisel to a razor sharp mirror finish for you to take home, examine the characteristics of an efficient pack saw, and craft a hardwood take down bucksaws to last generations.
