Julie is a teacher from Patrick County, who spends her spare time encouraging those around her to create healthy habits and choices.
Zumba is a fun, simple workout, focused on repetition and dance moves to music. All ages and experience levels are welcome.
Spencer Penn Centre is a education and special events center. A 501c3 organization, the building is on the Historic Register. It offers a beautiful venue for private and business events.
