Start your engines and join the ride of the summer — Rollin’ for the Rescuers, a powerful charity ride honoring our local heroes in emergency services. Hosted by the Bassett Cruise-In and the Greater Bassett Area Community, this heartfelt event brings together car and motorcycle enthusiasts from across the region for a cause that truly matters.
🚨 Why Ride?
Every siren, every call, every heroic act — our EMS, Fire, and Rescue teams are always there when we need them most. This ride is your chance to show up for them.
All proceeds from Rollin’ for the Rescuers go directly to the Henry County Emergency Services Honor Guard, an organization that honors fallen first responders and supports their families.

Staging Begins: 1:30 PM at the Martinsville Speedway (Souvenir Lot)

Kickstands Up: Around 2:15 PM

Donation: $10 per rider (100% goes to the cause)

Open To: Motorcycles, classic cars, trucks, and anyone who wants to roll in honor of our rescuers

Escorted Ride: Travel together with police escort to the Bassett Cruise-In on Hwy 57

🏎️ What Happens After the Ride?
The ride concludes at one of Southwest Virginia’s favorite summer events — the Bassett Cruise-In, taking place from 3–7 PM at 3525 Fairystone Park Hwy, Bassett, VA.
Enjoy an evening filled with vintage rides, food vendors, live music, and a whole lot of community spirit. It’s a perfect way to celebrate our hometown heroes and connect with fellow enthusiasts.
