The beloved Bassett Hwy 57 Cruise-In is back for its 11th season, bringing another year of classic rides, live entertainment, and community fun to downtown Bassett. This longtime tradition has created unforgettable evenings filled with chrome, horsepower, and hometown pride—and the 2026 season is kicking off in a big way.
Join the first cruise-in of the season on Saturday, May 16 from 3–7 PM at 3525 Fairystone Park Highway for a lively 50s Night celebration. Guests are encouraged to dress the part—your best 50s attire could win you $100 cash!
The evening will feature:
- 🎶 Live music by The Phat Boyz
- 🚗 $100 door prize (just bring your ride!)
- 🎟️ Ticket giveaways from B99.9 to South Boston Speedway
- 🎗️ 50/50 drawing benefiting the American Cancer Society Relay For Life
- 🍔 Food trucks and local vendors

The Bassett Cruise-In continues every third Saturday from May through October, with themed nights, special events, and a showcase of incredible vehicles—from classic cars and muscle machines to rat rods and motorcycles.
