This 1926 Tudor mansion is nestled in the Virginia foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains overlooking 56 acres of manicured lawns, forest, and recently refurbished formal gardens. It is crafted out of stone from the nearby Smith River. The interior décor is European chic with modern conveniences.

Stoneleigh is listed on the National Historic Registry and is the former home of Virginia Governor Thomas B. Stanley.

Guests have access to the entire house and grounds. (22,000 square feet). The housekeeper lives in the apartment over the garage but does not have access to the main house when it is rented. The host is available throughout the stay to suggest activities and help with access to extra amenities.
