Venue Rental Information:
- Spacious room is available in the John and Carol Hooker Exhibit Hall of the J. Burness Frith Economic Development Center on the school's main campus. The facility offers a professional setting. Large room can easily hold 75-100 guests with 80 being the norm. Ideally, it can accommodate 18 large tables with 78 chairs (2-6 chairs per table). The meeting area has sliding glass doors which open from main corridor and there is access to an exterior brick patio which houses 8 round tables with 4 chairs each. Equipment available includes projector, screen, laptop, podium, and hand-held microphone with stand.
- All classrooms and computer labs are equipped with an instructor desk, computer, internet access, projector and screen.
- The Walker Theatre is home to the P&HCC Patriot Players. The theatre seats 314 and is usually sold out for each scheduled performance. It can also be rented for special (speaking) events and allows use of the “house lights” only (located above the seating area). If your event requires use of the stage lights, the college may be able to provide a technician for a fee. A hand held microphone and dressing rooms are available.
