Our newest Bridgerton-inspired cake decorating class is now open for booking. Those who previously attended need not worry… this design is entirely new, offering fresh skills and flourishes to perfect your craft. One simply must always keep their talents as sharp as their wit.

And speaking of whispers from high society… should you be finishing the newest season, it is rumored that within the closing credits of the final episode lies the most delightful scene of Benedict Bridgerton’s wedding!Scandalous? Perhaps. Worth watching? Absolutely.

 Your Creation:

A charming 2-layer, 4-inch Lambeth-style cake (Vanilla or Chocolate)

You will learn:

 How to stack and level your cake

 How to achieve a smooth American buttercream finish

 How to pipe elegant borders, beading, frames, and flourishes in true Lambeth fashion

 How to craft a cameo and roses from modeling chocolate and apply them

 How to create a bow from modeling chocolate

We shall provide everything you require, including a lovely box for your finished masterpiece. And as any proper gathering should, there will be a delightful intermission. A Bridgerton themed tea party complete with treats and refreshments fit for royalty.

 

 We will even photograph your cake, should you wish to immortalize your triumph.
