TURKEY TWO – 2 Mile Run/Walk/Ruck

The TURKEY TWO is run on a course which circles the Monogram Foods Smith River sports complex and runs on the scenic Dick & Willie Trail along the Smith River. Check out the course map at above link.
This event is guaranteed to get your holiday season off on the right foot! Join participants from all over the country who have come home for the holiday. It’s a great way to celebrate the day, plus burn off a few calories to make room for those you are about to consume.
Participants have choice of registering for the competitive two mile run/ ruck or the non-competitive two mile walk. Run/ruck registrants receive official race shirt and are eligible for awards. Non-competitive walk registrants will not receive shirt or be eligible for awards.
For runners, awards will be given for the top three overall male and female finishers. The top three male and females in 5 year age groups beginning with 9 and under will receive a certificate, suitable for framing. Ruck awards will be for top 3 females and males provided by All Vets. RUCKERS – Pack your ruck with non perishable food items which you can leave after the race and they will be donated to HC food pantry.
Race time is 9:00 AM on Thanksgiving Day. Packet pick-up will be held Wednesday, November 26 from Noon-6:00 p.m. at the YMCA and from 7-8:30 AM on Race Day at the Smith River Sports Complex.
· ONLINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MIDNIGHT NOV 24, 2025
· PAPER REGISTRATION FORMS MAY BE DOWNLOADED AND COMPLETED FORMS PRESENTED TO YMCA FRONT DESK BY 6 PM ON NOVEMBER 24, 2025.
· COMPLETED PAPER FORMS MAY ALSO BE SUBMITTED AT PACKET PICKUP ON NOVEMBER 26 AND AT THE RACE SITE FROM 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM ON THANKSGIVING MORNING.
