Our meats are pit cooked daily using slow-smoke over real hardwood to achieve tenderness and flavor. Checkered Pig has been showcased on the Food Network and have won many awards for great tasting sauce, ribs and more. Try our chicken on the greens with charbroiled strips of chicken breast on a bed of crisp greens. Maybe one of our Between the Buns selections that offer everything from roasted pork to a juicy cheeseburger. If you're looking for the ultimate pleasure, something from the pit like our Award Winning Bar-B-Que Ribs may be the way to go. We have grilling sauce perfect for pork, chicken or beef, barbecue rub and hot sauce available for purchase.
