6th Annual Infinity Acres Ranch Spring Carnival

FAMILY FUN DAY!! Enjoy a special animal encounter while supporting a great local organization by attending 6th Annual Spring Carnival on Saturday June 5th 2021 from 11:00 am – 3:00pm at Infinity Acres Ranch, 136 Joppa Road, Ridgeway, VA.

PLUS Kids can ride in the NEW INFINITY CRITTER TRAIN!

“This year's Spring Carnival will help to bring the community together in a positive way, especially after quarantine and to showcase area resources,”  "Schools are the direct line to students and parents, we are hopeful that they will be proactive and supportive and share this information with students" Laura Steere said. Masks are optional, but all guests will be requested to observe safe social distancing. The event is an OUTDOOR event!

Families are welcome to spend the day with us and learn more about the wonderful programs for children, families and organizations, as well as adults with disabilities that are offered here,” said Laura Steere, executive director of Infinity Acres Ranch.

ENJOY the music of the fun loving, entertaining, Pirates of the Piedmont! Games, door prizes, raffles, petting area, Critter Train and selfie’s with the camel, and vendors. Llama 4-H Club will have a food and drink concession.

Co-founder Rick Steere said, "This is a rain or shine event (but not thunderstorms – and we’re hoping for shine.) This event is extra special as everyone is ready for a Fun Family Day and we have so many baby animals this time of year, and we hope the community will come out and support Infinity Acres Ranch. We want everyone to know about our Animal Encounters, Animal Adventure Camp, Family Ranch Experiences, Intern and community service opportunities and the ENABLE (Enriching Nurturing Animal Based Learning Experiences) program.” Friends of Infinity Acres Ranch offer Animal Assisted Learning for all.

She added that the Infinity Acres team feels that this is a great way to welcome the public to Infinity Acres Ranch so they can learn about all the educational, volunteer and animal opportunities offered at the Ranch. 

"The Carnival is something to look forward to each year! Always a great way to meet neighbors, do something unusual, and meet some sweet and exotic animals." Laura said. “We’ll have so much for the community to do – the new children’s Critter Train Ride will be a family highlight! The new Trading Post Gift Shop is now open too!”

Animal Adventure Camp is offered four times this summer. Great fun and learning to build skills, amazing opportunities, meet new friends and learn new animal husbandry experiences! 

2 sessions are all inclusive and scholarships are offered thanks to Martinsville Charity League, plus 2 sessions are for children with disabilities and are fully sponsored by Magellan/Molina Insurance Company! Lunch and snacks are provided, llama treks, games, baby animals, crafts and more.
