7th Annual Wine by the River Festival

It's time to relax by the river! Join the MWW Foundation at the Smith River Sports Complex festival grounds for the 7th Annual Wine by the River! Come for a good cause, support the community, and enjoy wine, brews, live music, games, artisan vendors, food vendors, and much more!

The 7th Annual Wine by the River Festival will be at the Smith River Complex, 1000 Irisburg Rd, Axton, VA. The Wine by the River event is held each year to raise money for the The Matthew Wayne Wade (MWW) Foundation, a non-profit 501 c(3) that donates proceeds to charity annually. The MWW Foundation also organizes and conducts the festival. This year Wine by the River will be October 23, 2021 2pm-7pm. We will also have wineries, breweries, food vendors, and live music with various artists. This year's wineries include Chateau Morrisette, Childress Vineyards, AmRhein Wine Cellars, and Blue Ridge Vineyard, in addition, Mountain Valley Brewing and Scuffle Hill Brewing Co. will be ready for our Craft Beer enthusiasts!  Plus even more artisan and food vendors to browse this year! Advance tickets on sale now! $15/advance $25/gate...Non-taster/DD Ticket $10. -Guests will need to bring chairs for lawn seating in front of the amphitheater if desired. Lawn seating is first come first serve. Enjoy the show!
