August 2021 at the Spencer Penn Centre

Music Night

Friday, August 20th with Timbre Trail in Alumni Hall. Gate opens at 5 p.m. with the band going on at

6:15 p.m. Admission is a $5 donation. Come and enjoy some great music! Social distancing will be

required with masks when that is not possible. Concessions will be sold.

Canvas Painting with Genie Elgin

August class will be an introduction to line and wash journaling. Students will create their own journal

book with special techniques. Date is to be announced. Call the centre at (276)957-5757 for more

information.

Barn Quilt Class

Barn Quilt class will continue with instructor Lauren Byron! The August class will occur on Tuesday

the 17th at 1 p.m. All supplies are provided. Registration deadline is Monday, August 9th.

12”x36” exterior $75

24”x24” exterior $65

36”x36” exterior $85
