Bubba Wallace Joins Martinsville Speedway’s Pre Race Experience

Add Bubba Wallace to the list of drivers who will be participating in the Pre Race Experience before Sunday’s First Data 500 at Martinsville Speedway

The driver of the famous No. 43 and a two-time Martinsville Speedway winner in the Camping World Truck Series, will take part in a moderated question and answer session at the Start/Finish line on race morning. 

“In addition to being a rising star in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, Bubba is as charismatic and fun as any driver in the garage and I think the fans are really going to enjoy hearing from him on Sunday,” Martinsville Speedway President Clay Campbell said. “If you look at the list of drivers we have for the Pre Race Experience, Bubba will fit right in.” 

Wallace, a Sunoco Rookie of the Year candidate, joins Kyle Busch, Chase Elliott, William Byron and more as drivers scheduled to participate in the Pre Race Experience. 

The Pre Race Experience, $30 for adults and $15 for youth 17-and-under, gives fans the chance to watch driver introductions from the frontstretch, along with a morning full of fun and excitement on the track. 

In addition to the emceed question-and-answer sessions, the Pre Race Experience offers fans the opportunity to walk the frontstretch on race morning, sign the start/finish line, have a photo opportunity in mock Victory Lane, and enjoy music, games and prizes, all beginning at 10:00 a.m.

The Pre Race Experience will remain open until the conclusion of driver introductions. 

Admission to the Pre Race Experience does not include a ticket for the First Data 500. 

The First Data 500 weekend is October 26-28. 

Advance ticket prices for the First Data 500 begin at just $48 with youth tickets for fans 17-and-under costing just $25 regardless of location. Youth 17-and-under will be admitted free to the Texas Roadhouse 200 presented by Alpha Energy Solutions NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race as well as Friday’s practice day.

The weekend starts with a practice day for the truck series on Friday, followed by the Hauler Parade. 

On Saturday, the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series is in action with the Texas Roadhouse 200 presented by Alpha Energy Solutions. Following the race the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series will qualify for Sunday’s First Data 500.
