Having A Gourd Time In MHC

Fall is in full swing here in Martinsville-Henry County and one of the best things about fall in Virginia is spending time outdoors with family. From trick-or-treating to a corn maze, there are festivities for everyone in MHC.

Mayo River Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch - Cut out in the 5-acre corn field, Jorden Rea - Owner, did this solely with his imagination and a lawnmower. Join in for a day of games, food and fun down on the farm. A Hay-bale Tower, Giant Sandbox and Corn Hole are among some of the to-do's. Hay-rides are available as well. Also offered on site, for purchase, will be Grilled Sweet Corn, Fried Oreos and Drinks. The maze will be open every Saturday and Sunday from 10-6 through November 3rd.

General Admission is $10, Pumpkins are $5 and Season Passes are $25. (Children 2 and under are free)
