Jazz This Saturday at Pop's Farm: Stephane Wrembel

Attention Jazz Lovers! Rooster Walk & Deschutes Brewery are joining forces to present world-renowned gypsy jazz guitarist Stephane Wrembel & His Band at Pop's Farm on Saturday, Sept. 23rd! Amazing local jazz group 5 Brothers (featuring David Oakes) will kick off the evening. Tickets cost $12 adv / $15 DOS.  Buy them HERE.

Gates will open at 5:30 pm, 5 Brothers will play at 6 pm, and Stephane Wrembel will take the stage around 7:15 pm.

Camping won’t be offered, but the Dutch Inn will have a special $65 room rate that includes complimentary breakfast. Feel free to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Parking is free, and we’ll have the Fork In The Road pizza truck on-site to feed ya!

He’s been called “a revelation” by Rolling Stone. Woody Allen recruited him to score the theme to the 2012 Academy Award winning film Midnight in Paris, and he performed live during this year’s Oscar’s telecast. To say that French-born guitarist/composer Stephane Wrembel—who learned his craft among the Gypsies at campsites in the French countryside—has already had a remarkable career would be an understatement. But this virtuoso, who is now Brooklyn-based, has truly just begun to make his mark as one of the most original guitar voices in contemporary music.

Tickets $12 advance & $15 at the gates | Tickets sold locally at The Daily Grind & Rising Sun Breads
