Kentucky Derby Party plus South Hill Banks is this Saturday at the Rives Theatre!!

Join us to watch the Kentucky Derby on the big movie screen at the Rives Theater in Martinsville, Va., followed by a performance from South Hill Banks. Party starts at 4 p.m., music starts shortly after the race is over.

The Derby Party is FREE with a paid ticket to the show! Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the doors. We'll have a Derby Costume contest (think big hats!), with the winner receiving two tickets to the SOLD OUT Billy Strings show at the Rives on Thursday, May 16th.

South Hill Banks – Lance Thomas (vocals, guitar), Eric Horrocks (mandolin, vocals), Ryan Horrocks (banjo, vocals), Dan Fiasconaro (guitar, vocals), and Justin Doyle (upright bass) – have carved a niche for themselves with their jam infused bluegrass sound. Formed in August 2015 in Richmond, Virginia, South Hill Banks pulls from a wide range of influences such as classic rock, jam, blues, to traditional bluegrass to keep audiences entertained with a blend of sounds old and new.
