Paper Crafting Series: Just Add Water! - Sept. 7
Create your very these handmade cards using cool paper crafting techniques! In this workshop, students will learn to just add water: how to water color without paint. (Techniques include using an aqua painter pen, water color pencils, and creating stain glass with velum)

Latin Dance Workshop - Sept. 9
Students learn Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Cumbia, and Kizomba dances with intensive dance workshops covering frame, posture, lead and following technique, cross-body, and pattern combinations.

Fab Lab Family Day: Customize a Notebook using the Laser - Sept. 11
Join us for a fun, hands-on activity for the entire family in the Fab Lab! This month, participants will be using the laser cutter to create a custom wooden notebook.

Learn to Use the Laser Cutter! - Sept. 14
Learn how to use the Fab Lab laser cutter to cut, etch, and engrave designs in a variety of materials in this introductory class.

Using graphics software like Adobe Illustrator, you can make jewelry, decorations, phone stands, customized gifts, even business cards! With this incredibly precise tool, the possibilities are only limited by your imagination!

Covered topics include safety, operations, software, materials, and project design best practices. Upon completion of the class, students will be certified to schedule time on the laser cutter for their own projects, and will know how to use this versatile modern tool to cut and engrave intricate designs.
