Rooster Walk 7 & Rives Theatre Pre-Season Ticket Sale

Throughout the month of December, the Martinsville-Henry County Visitor Center is making gift giving easy by offering tickets to your favorite events. This Saturday, the Holiday Hot Ticket promotion will feature a variety of tickets for Rooster Walk Music & Arts Festival and Arts at the Rives. Give those on your holiday shopping list the unique gifts of music, arts and entertainment from these two great organizations. With each ticket purchase at the Holiday Hot Ticket promotion, shoppers will also receive 25 percent off of one Martinsville-Henry County gift item at the Visitor Center as well as free holiday wrapping. Martinsville-Henry County hats, t-shirts, hoodies, totes and note card sets are among the items available.

Arts at the Rives will be offering 2015 season passes to the Rives Theatre as well as tickets to the upcoming performances of DecembersongsBrass 5 and The Kings of Belmont. Decembersongs is a Christmas album band featuring Martinsville natives Doug & Telisha Williams, Amy Speace and Rod Picott. They will perform at the Rives on December 12. Brass 5, a five-piece brass band, will present “A Toast to Christmas” on December 19 playing a traditional Christmas themed show at the Rives. The Kings of Belmont, a four-piece rock and roll band based out of Charlottesville, will perform on December 26 at the Rives. Tickets for the shows start as low as $8.

Rooster Walk will be selling tickets at the Visitor Center to the 2015 Rooster Walk 7 Music & Arts Festival. The festival, which features more than 30 bands each year, will be held on May 21-24 at its new location in Henry County. Since ticket prices for Rooster Walk rise as the event approaches, this a great opportunity to plan ahead and get your tickets at a low pre-season price.

This Holiday Hot Ticket event offers the unique opportunity to give those you care about the gift of music, arts, and entertainment this holiday season. The event will take place Saturday, December 13th at the Martinsville-Henry County Visitor Center inside the NCI building at the corner of Moss and Church St. in Martinsville.
