Movie in the Library

“Free Birds”, Saturday, November 10, 10:30am
Join us at Spencer-Penn for our monthly Movie in the Library. Each month a family friendly movie will be shown at no charge in the Hylton Library. Everyone is welcome! Music Night

Music Night at Spencer-Penn Centre is Friday, November 9. Doors open at 5pm. Open MIC is at 5:30, bring your instrument and join the group. At 6:20 Larry Sigmon and Martha Spencer, with their Unique Sound of the Mountains, will be on stage for a great night of music. Dust off your dancing shoes, grab a friend and come hungry, we will have the heat on. Concessions will be available. A $4 donation is requested for admission. Sunday Matinee Concert

Come by Spencer-Penn on Sunday, November 18th for a fun, family friendly afternoon! Doors open at 12:30 with Forever Young performing at 2 p.m. A food truck will be on site for lunch and children's activities will take place in the Centre. Admission is a $4 recommended donation. Forever Young is a classic country group that consists of Jep Young (Lead Vocal), Craig Young (Rhythm Guitar and Backup Vocals), Brad Young (Lead and Backup Vocals and Bassist), Justin Fitts (Percussion), Cody Wilson (Lead Guitar), and Mark Lawson (Keyboard). They also play classic rock, blues, reggae, and originals!

Mesh Wreath Class

Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 9 AM – 12 PM

Join Instructor Melanie Barrow and create your very own mesh wreath with cute plush accents that will be the perfect addition to your door for the holidays! Students will choose their mesh and plush choices and send payment in by November 1st. Mesh choices are green or red. Plush choices are reindeer, Santa, elf, or snowman.
