November:

17, 18, 19, 25 & 26 – Diamond Divas: a Very Merry Holiday Revue - In celebration of Patrick & Henry Community College’s 60th Diamond Anniversary, the P&HCC Patriot Players presents – ‘DIAMOND DIVAS: a Very Merry Holiday Revue’ - A music revue mash-up of holiday favorites and diva anthems!

17 - Santa at Reflections Salon & Day Spa - Thursday, November 17th from 3PM -5PM bring your kids to visit and have a photo taken with Santa by Kenny Webster photography.

18 - Santa Claus at Forever Young - Stop in and get your picture taken with Santa!!! Down Home Country Photography LLC will be here taking your child's photo with Santa. He will be giving out Candy Canes for the kids and a little gift for the parents.

19 – The Martinsville-Henry County Christmas Parade - Come out to Martinsville Uptown for the annual Martinsville-Henry County Christmas Parade! The parade through Uptown Martinsville will begin at 5PM. 2022's Theme: "Christmas in Motion."

19 - Pictures with Santa Paws - Bring your friendly pups out to have their picture made with Santa! Walk-ins are welcome for pictures, but appointments will need to be made for grooming package.

26 - Photos with Mr. Grinch - Come celebrate Small Business Saturday with the mean one. A photographer will be on site. No appointments necessary. 

December:

1 – Piedmont Arts' Christmas Tree Lighting - Christmas Tree Lighting 4PM at Gravely-Lester Art Garden. Piedmont Arts will kick off the holiday season with the annual lighting of the Art Garden Christmas tree. Enjoy holiday music by the Martinsville High School Jazz Band, candy canes, hot chocolate and a visit from Santa.

3 - "Fall" into Winter Fest - Vendors selling art, crafts, holiday decorations, jewelry, household accessories, etc. Numerous food vendors, kids' activities, beer garden, entertainment & more - Free admission!

3 - Santa at Studio 107 - Santa is coming to Studio 107 on Saturday, December 3rd from 11AM - 3PM. Stop by and have a photo taken. The 5x7 photo can be printed for $15. 

3 - Ridgeway Christmas Parade & Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony - The parade will start on Main Street and end at the Blue Ridge Regional Library. The tree lighting ceremony will start after the parade in the Ridgeway Town Park. Santa Claus will also be on hand for family pictures. Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Cookies, Roasted Chestnuts, and sounds of the season will be on hand for a night of joyous fun. The event will begin at 5:30 PM. 

3 - Uptown Martinsville Tree Lighting 2022 - Join in to kick off the holiday spirit with the Annual Uptown Tree Lighting ceremony at 55 West Church Street!

3 - Fab Lab Family Day: DIY Ornaments - Participants will be using the laser cutter to create unique, custom designed Christmas ornaments! Tuition is $15 Registration Closes On Friday, December 2, 2022.

3 - Winter Gala - Join in for a night of dinner & dancing to support the Charity League of Martinsville & Henry County. We'll have a cash bar, silent auction, and games.

3 - Breakfast with Santa - Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 3rd! The Bassett Volunteer Fire Department will host "Breakfast with Santa." 

3 - Martinsville Speedway’s 28th Annual Christmas Toy Drive - Head over to the Speedway and donate an unwrapped toy or $25 for the opportunity to drive laps around the iconic track in your personal vehicle.

4 - Pictures with Santa at The Ground Floor - Bring the kiddos (or your entire family) for pictures with Santa at The Ground Floor. Only $10 per family!

4 - Roanoke Symphony Holiday Pops Spectacular - Roanoke Symphony Holiday Pops Spectacular 3:00PM at Martinsville High School Auditorium. The most highly anticipated holiday event of the season returns with an all-new matinee performance. There’s no better way to lift your spirits than with the music of the season delivered in full sound and spectacle by the Roanoke Symphony Orchestra.

10 - Storytime and Cookies with Santa at Spencer-Penn Centre - Santa is coming back to Spencer-Penn! Cookies, crafts, and photo opportunities are included. 

10 – Light Up The Night 5K - A great kick off to the holiday season with many runners and walkers dressed in festive costumes. Fun for young, old, fast, slow, runners and walkers alike.

10 - Pet Pictures with Santa - Join the SPCA for our annual Pictures with Santa on December 10th 12PM - 4PM. No appointment necessary. $10 per pose. Families, children, and pets all welcome!

16 - Santa at Mountain Valley Brewing - Santa Claus is coming to Mountain Valley Brewing on Friday, December 16th from 7PM - 9PM.
