NCBA District III Tournament This Weekend

This weekend Hooker Field in Martinsville, Virginia will host the District III Division II regional tournaments for the National Club Baseball Association (NCBA).

In the double-elimination tournament, Radford University will play University of Maryland on Friday May 1 at 4 p.m. and Virginia Commonwealth University will play Stevenson University at 7 p.m. 

Three games will be played on Saturday, May 2 at 9 a.m., 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. and the final two teams will play on Sunday, May 3 at 9 a.m. with a second game scheduled for 12 p.m., if needed.

Admission is $5 each day or a tournament pass may be purchased for $12 on Friday or $8 on Saturday; children five and under are free with a paying adult. The Martinsville Community Recreation Association will sell concessions and all proceeds from ticket sales and concessions will benefit Hooker Field. Fans will not be allowed to bring outside food or beverages into the stadium.
